通常の2倍くらいの厚さの豚ロースを使って超厚切りのトンテキを作ってみました🙋♀️ 今回は秘密のタレも公開しちゃいます。 使用している厚切り肉は通常のステーキ2枚分くらいの厚さがあるので、通常の厚さのロースで調理する場合は二人分くらい作れると思います! ▶︎フル解説動画毎週月金14:00に投稿中🙋♀️ [用意するもの] ・豚ロース厚切り1枚 ・塩 ・コショウコショウを ・片栗粉 適量 ・油 大さじ1 ・ニンニク2片 (トンテキタレ) ・醤油 大さじ1と1/2 ・酒 大さじ2 ・みりん大さじ2 ・砂糖大さじ1/2 ・オイスターソース 大さじ1/2 ・酢小さじ1 [調理手順] ・豚ロースの筋切りを行う ・塩、ブラックペッパーを振り、片栗粉をまぶす ・上記、分量通りにタレを作る ・お好みの付け合わせを用意する。 ・大さじ一のオイルを敷いたフライパンにニンニクを入れ炒める。 ・ニンニクがきつね色になるくらいまで炒めたらお肉を焼いていく ・両面、中心部までしっかり火を通し(筋切りの際の断面から確認)タレを入れる ・タレをお肉にまんべんなく絡め、煮詰めていく ・少量、フライパンにタレが残るく
